Day 30 Sun 14th July Monaco

It’s great to have a couple of rest days ahead and to just be able to relax (if relaxing is what you call it in such an expensive town)
Monaco is sickeningly wealthy. We went for a big walk around the town. It’s so hilly they even have lifts and escalators to get up and down the streets.  It’s also hot and humid at the moment.  We found a small market at the top of town and bought some beautiful fresh fruit.  Peaches, apricots, cherries & berries are all in season at the moment so we quite often just have fresh fruit for lunch.

The photos today aren't terribly exciting – cars, boats and a bit of the town.

all these cars were parked out the front of our hotel for a wedding!
