Day 22 Sat 6th July Lugano - Milan

Day 2 of the Playgrounds of Europe tour of Northern Italy and this part of the trip is in memory of my dear sister Penny who loved Italy.

No time to do the blog so am doing the next morning (Sun) and rushing so have managed to mess up the photos. Only half have loaded so will put the rest on tomorrow if I cant fix it

Where will I begin today?  At the start of course.  The Swiss Diamond Hotel is indescribable.  Class, class, class.  Its astounding getting a feel of how the rich live as we are waited on like never before.  Breakfast is in one of the dining rooms by the swimming pool and the lake.  We can't even take our selected food to the table, a waiter takes it for us.

  1. Yes, a great cathedral and the shopping centre is La Galleria I think. It is bringing back so many memories.
Thanks so much for the time and effort put into these blogs. Just great. I feel all nostalgic.
